To start your first step of owning real estate or acquiring other real rights over it:
1. Apply for a Digital Identity
Visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website and create an account to complete the required information and upload the necessary documents to book an appointment with a Saudi diplomatic mission to apply for a digital identity for property ownership from outside the Kingdom.
2. Obtain an eSIM
Visit the website of one of the Saudi telecommunications service providers to issue a Saudi eSIM that you can obtain while outside the Kingdom.
3. Activate Your eSIM
Log in to the Nafath application to activate the Saudi eSIM you obtained in the previous step.
4. Activate Your Digital Identity
Log in to the Absher platform to activate your digital identity.
5. Open a Bank Account
Visit the website of one of the Saudi banks to open a Saudi bank account remotely from outside the Kingdom.
