Arabian Dyar and “MODON” Sign Agreement to Build Ready-Made Factories in Jeddah
Arabian Dyar Real Estate Development Company has signed an agreement to build ready-made factories in Jeddah as part of its expansion plans in the industrial sector, through a strategic partnership with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), within (MODON Oasis in Jeddah).
The agreement was signed on behalf of Arabian Dyar by the company’s Deputy CEO, Mr. Anis Al-Habashi, and on behalf of MODON by Mr. Abdulilah Al-Haddab, Deputy CEO, at MODON’s headquarters, in the presence of Eng. Majed bin Rafed Al-Argoubi, CEO of MODON, and Mr. Naif bin Sajdi Al-Atawee, CEO of Arabian Dyar.
Under the agreement, approximately 100 ready-made factories will be developed and constructed, with a total investment exceeding SAR 142 million, covering an area of 109,000 square meters in MODON Oasis – Jeddah. The project aims to support and empower entrepreneurship projects as well as small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
